Suzanne Cope worked for more than seven years in marketing at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, including spearheading their website redesign and content creation in the early 2000s. She returned years later in a freelance role, working on Tolkien’s The Hobbit movie-tie books, primarily through online consumer marketing. She has also worked on narrative building, branding, and user experience consulting for diverse companies, from education to technology to food and design.
Integrating her scholarship in Adult Learning and narrative theory with her business experience, Suzanne is available for consulting on brand building through narrative and cultural research, enhancing user experience using consumer education, and content building.
Examples of consulting services include: content strategy to engage and educate consumers on your brand and mission; development of prompts and multimedia tutorials to teach users how to participate in your community or integrate your service or product into their lives; professional development of employees on the power of narrative in connecting with users and developing more effective products, services, and content.
